Fruit and Veggie Breakfast Smoothie

This is a great way to add fruits and veggies to a diet. Fix these for the kids and they won't know they are getting their vegetables and they will love it.

I hardly ever make this the same twice. It just depends on what fruits and veggies I have on hand. I keep frozen fruit blends in the freezer just for these. I like to add sweet peppers when I have them. You can also add whatever spices you like. I like cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, cloves, white and black peppers and many others. Experiment with what you like.

10 whole raw cashews
1 cup berries
