Very Berry Paleo Porridge


1/4 cup chia seeds

1/4 cup whipped coconut cream

1/3 cup pomegranate seeds

1/3 cup fresh blueberries

4 tbsp blanched almonds

1/4 tsp cinnamon Fresh mint


1.  Assemble in tall glasses (about 3-4 glasses): Start with a layer of almonds, add coconut cream, then add pomegranate seeds, then another layer of almonds and finally top with blueberries.

2.  Garnish with fresh mint and serve.
